ORDERING INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Placing an order or making a purchase signifies your acceptance of the following terms & conditions of sale:
You agree liability for or in respect of any goods supplied to you by Blue Horizon Medical Supplies in respect of which any claim or loss arises is limited in all cases to the value of the goods paid. Under no circumstances will Blue Horizon Medical Supplies be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party for any cause whatsoever resulting from the sale or use of any such goods.
Unless otherwise stated, all items are brand new and are offered subject to availability.
Dimensions and measurements may be approximate and may be shown for guidance only.
Illustrations are not to scale and items may be larger or smaller than actually shown. Some diagrams are for illustration purposes and may not be an accurate representation of the actual item.
Items listed may occasionally differ slightly from those supplied. In this event we will strive to supply an item of equal or superior quality.
Items are usually available from stock but please allow 28 days for delivery of your order. We will try to inform you if we anticipate any undue delay.
We can accept orders by post, fax or telephone. We cannot accept card details by e-mail. Although we will not process payment until goods are ready for despatch, we have to allow 10 working days for clearance of cheques from the date of banking. If a cheque or card transaction presented for payment is returned by the bank as unpaid, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred. This may be in excess of £70 plus the value of any goods & services supplied. Any items supplied remain the property of Blue Horizon Medical Supplies until payment has been received in full.
All prices are correct at the time of printing, but they are subject to change and may alter without notice. All prices exclude V.A.T. where applicable and P. & P. should be added per item as indicated. The figures shown in our lists may not indicate the exact weight of the item. These figures are nominal and are intended to allow for the cost of postage, packing and insurance where appropriate. As a general rule, orders weighing less than 1kg are despatched first-class letter post and orders over 1kg are despatched via Parcel Post. For overseas orders, please see paragraph " Customers outside the United Kingdom".
We are pleased to accept payment with order by cash, cheque, postal orders or the following credit/debit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa Purchasing, Visa Debit (Delta), Maestro, Solo. Your statement entry will simply show as "David Millyard - Hastings
Please make cheques payable to " BLUE HORIZON MEDICAL SUPPLIES". Should you wish to send cash, please use Royal Mail Special Delivery for your own protection. All cash received will be subject to verification by us and any discrepancy will be the liability of the sender. We will not be held responsible for any missing monies. There is no minimum order but for customers paying by debit card a charge of 50p will be added to all orders for goods less than £10.
All orders are carefully checked before despatch. Should you need to return a faulty item you must contact us within 7 days of receipt before returning it. This will allow us to take appropriate action. Items may only be returned once confirmation has been received from us. Returned items must be pre-paid, sent at your own risk and returned unused in original packaging. Please ensure you order exactly what you require, as due to the nature of the products we supply, we are unable to accept items for exchange.
From time to time pre-used items and equipment become available. Please contact us if you have any specific requirements or wish to enquire about current availability.
All second-hand and pre-used items and equipment are sold as seen as spares with no warranty or use implied. Purchasers must satisfy themselves of the condition of such items and undertake any necessary servicing or repair at their own expense. Any description of such items is for illustration only and no specific use is intended or implied.
Customers Outside the United Kingdom: Please contact us with your order details. We will then be able to quote for overseas Postage & Packing. We are pleased to accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, by cheque drawn on an UK bank in Pounds Sterling or by International Money Order in Pounds Sterling. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that it is not illegal to import any items ordered. We will accept no responsibility for items or orders that are impounded or delayed and any loss (financial or otherwise) or proceedings that may result thereby. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by local customs.
We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason and will not be liable for any expenses occurring as a result.
